    The WT-CX-20A four cornered fiber optic polishing machine is designed for the massive fiber optic patchcord production, manily for the new user. The machine can process with LC/FC/ST/SC/E2000/SMA/MU/MTRJ/MPO/MTP etc. normal ferrules and connectors.With four cornered pressure, the user dont need to adjust the rotation speed, and the force on the jig is stable and even, just

start the machine, then put the four hands on the jig, after 30um, 9um, 1um, ADS polishing, you can have good polishing result under observation of the microscope.

Application

Fiber optic polishing machine central pressure type is a machine specially for polishing all types of the fiber optic connnectors, like the fiber optic patchcord, pigtail, ribbon patchcord/pigtail, adding connectors fo the PLC splitter, energy fiber, glass fiber, and fiber is the pre-terminal fast connectors.

Now the usage for the polishing machine has been very mature, it is used with other fiber optic equipment, like the fiber optic cable cutting machine, fiber optic microscope,heat oven, crimping machine, insertion loss and return loss tester, ultrasonic cleaner etc. to build up a production line for patchcord, pigtail, pre-terminal fibers for the fast connector.
